Greg Stephens – Partner

Greg was raised in the Bayside Area and initially completed his Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting at Swinburne University before joining Priestley and Morris as a Graduate Accountant. From this role, Greg and Neale decided to start up their own practice with a strong focus on building client relationships whilst providing exceptional taxation/accounting services.
Greg has a strong interest in forensic accounting, management accounting, business valuations and cashflow management. Greg holds a Bachelor of Business, MBA and Diploma of Financial Planning. He is also a registered company auditor and registered SMSF auditor.
Neale Plattfuss – Partner
CPA, MTax, B.Ec
Neale grew up in Country NSW and knows first hand of the importance that the farming and agricultural industries bring to the economy. He began his career at the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), and utilized this first hand experience in his subsequent dealings with the ATO.
Neale has a focus in complex taxation affairs ranging from property development, CGT, GST and foreign residency taxation.
Neale holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Taxation Studies from Monash University. He is recognized as a CPA, Registered SMSF Auditor and Chartered Tax Advisor.
Claudio Orrico – Partner

Claudio has over 15 years of experience in the financial planning industry. Before joining the team at Stephens Plattfuss & Co , Claudio was partner in his own Financial Planning Firm – Fortis Wealth.
Born in Argentina and with Italian heritage, Claudio speaks both Spanish and Italian, but is now a local to the Bentleigh area, where he lives with his wife and young daughter.
With an advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and multiple other certifications Claudio has the expertise as well as the down-to-earth manner that ensures our clients’ needs are not only met, but exceeded.
